Just Like Music

Albert Einstein once said ‘If I were not a physicist, I would probably be a musician. I often think in music. I live my daydreams in music. I see my life in terms of music’. Amen to that!

Music to me means a lot. Music to me means the world. Music to me is life. Music to me is everything that I am, will be and can be. Music makes me understand, feel, empathise, sympathise, fall in love, fall out of love. Without music, I would be nothing. Music is in every atom of my body. I may not know all the songs, all the artists or all the forms of music, but I know that without music I am not me. I would be dull, I would be boring, I would be ignorant. I can go on for days about how one particular song takes me back to a different place and time, I can explain for hours the meaning of a song, in minutes I can fantasise about the ideal situation for that particular song and it only takes me seconds to get chills every time I even think about listening to it. I can relate any emotion or any situation through music. The right song at the right moment can bring anyone to tears. If someone took that right away from me, I will not survive. I would say, go now go, walk out the door, just turn around now, you’re not welcome anymore!

So sing as though no one can hear you and dance as though no one is watching you and you will live life as though heaven is on earth.
